HR etc!!, LLC has a record of success and accomplishment in human resources and organization development.  As independent human resource and organization development consultants, HRetc!! "helps good people produce great results" by providing consultation for increasing performance, leading and managing with purpose, employment practices and employer-employee relations for small and medium sized businesses, hospitals, universities and not-for-profit agencies.

One of our specialties is "generational knowledge," acquired from working with more than 13,000 employees across the United States gaining knowledge and awareness of the generational "reference points" that shape values, attitudes and behavior at work. 

HR etc!! also specializes in incorporating “experiential learning” into team building and leadership development workshops.  For 17 years, the company has designed exercises, activities and adventure experiences for clients to fully realize the behaviors required for "teams" and "leadership.”

About Mary Kausch, President

Mary teaches “Conducting Performance Appraisals” and “Fundamentals of Human Resources” with the St. Louis Community Colleges, has served as an adjunct instructor of Organizational Behavior at Purdue University in the School of Organizational Leadership and Supervision and taught “English as a Second Language” to Spanish speaking adults.

She is a published author, co-authoring Benefits, Compensation & Other Perks, published by the Credit Union Executive Society and “Solving the Mysteries of Motivation,”  an article published by the Lafayette, Indiana Chamber of Commerce publication, Chamber Update.

Mary earned her degree in Human Resources and Business & Industrial Communications from Southwest Missouri State University.  She has more than 24 years hands-on human resource experience from positions with Citicorp, and the Tecumseh Leadership Center, an experiential training and development facility for corporations, businesses and not for profit organizations.  She is a DiSC certified trainer and qualified in Myers Briggs.

Mary currently serves as president of American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) St. Louis Chapter, was the Chairperson of the St. Louis Region’s Organization Development Network (ODN) for seven years and is a member of the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is past-president of the Meramec Valley Grotto caving club and has served on the Program Committee of the Board for the Coro. Leadership Center and was an advisor for Venture Crew 982 of the Boy Scouts of America.
