  2. Creating a common language
  3. Creating a common culture
  4. Discovering how they “want to be together”
  5. Individual and collective effective decision making
  6. Discovery of internal motivations (“what’s in it for you to be on the Board”)
  7. Manage and resolve conflict quickly
