Making the Exceptional Normal

Goal

In less than 2 hours per week you will learn how to get exceptional results from your employees while increasing timeliness, quality and volume of work.

Outline

Facilitate a workshop session with participants that includes:

  • Helping employees develop the innovative attitude, “I have never seen perfection so there must be a better way.”
  • Lead employees to overcome the 2 natural tendencies that prevent them from being exceptional performers.
  • Tap into methods that help your employees focus on and remain committed to accomplishing the most valuable work first.
  • Deal effectively with the overly optimistic, excessively cautious and consistently poor performers in a way that assures exceptional performance from your team.
