Create Team Environment among Management

Goal

Find the best way for managers to become more “in sync” with organizational goals of exceptional services, profitable company and livable fit.  This includes awareness of and improvement of being “productively engaged” towards increased efficiency and success.

Outline

  • Implement DiSC and build upon this knowledge. 
  • Improve productivity of management team meetings.
  • Facilitate discussion of how to improve communication, launching projects, measuring/meeting client expectations, etc.
  • Individual coaching of management team.
  • Create accountability for management team decisions on process and/or system changes.
  • Identify and establish measures of vital factors for exceptional services and profitable company.
  • Determine ways to become more productively engaged during the workday (this may include time management and accountability).

Timetable

Depending on size of organization, minimum requirement for this project is six months.

Considerations

  • Clear and realistic expectations are to be established, with progress and strategy consistently monitored;
  • Establish incremental success factors.
